Before I talk to you about me… here's what you will find here that is interesting for you.
In this blog you will find several natural tools (powerful and versatile) that can help you build healthier hands and prevent simple and common health problems.
The tools that I propose here help you to turn on the awareness that out there (and also inside you) you have an infinite number of resources to regain health and to preserve it for a long time. So you can enjoy life with a perfectly functioning body and a mind that is virtually invulnerable to stress.
Speaking of me, I want to tell you that I don't have all the answers and I don't feel like an expert in the chair. On the contrary, I feel and am a student (for life) and I am looking for natural solutions that allow people to take control of their health.
ABOUT ME - It all started when ...
When I was 14 years - and life passed in normalcy - something beautiful and providential happened, that forever changed the main direction given to my destiny.
At that time, in San Marino where I was born (and where I still live), I happened to find a small flyer for a Yoga course.
It was a Hatha Yoga course (precisely of Iyengar Yoga - BKS Iyengar was considered in recent decades the No. 1 teacher in the world until August 20, 2014 at the age of 93 his death occurred) and it was held by two highly trained teachers who are completely dedicated to this discipline.
The course started and I was enthusiastic about it, in fact I continued it for years also practicing at home every day (in the morning at 6:00 for an hour before going to school, and then some more practice in the afternoon).
This active passion for Yoga was for me the first driving force towards the beautiful universe of the disciplines of self-improvement (of body, mind, soul).
So I started reading the first books on holistic medicine, and I remember that - having always been attracted to certain 'very niche' books - the first ones I bought talked about topics like acupressure, nutrition based on wild plants, macrobiotics, and lots of phytotherapy and homeopathy.
In fact, even homeopathy fascinated me a lot, to the point that I went to the woods in search of a specific medicinal plant (for example ivy -hedera helix or hypericum - ipericum perforatum), then proceeded to the preparation of the mother tincture and I also performed dynamization up to 900 manual strokes on the surface of a book (in the traditional way).
A fairly demanding procedure ... 🙂
So, my life at the time was pleasantly passing between my new readings of holistic medicine, Yoga, drawing, painting and free time (the latter was entirely dedicated to skateboarding, my other great passion as a kid), when unexpectedly a dramatic family event it did not shake my life by undermining the balance I had achieved.
After that, in conjunction with the period of adolescence - already a complicated moment in itself - I began to manifest a rebellion and a total distraction from all that beautiful universe in which I had entered (made up of care for the body, mind and spirituality), and for a while I experienced life as the conventional world usually understands it: distracted, chaotic, and superficial!
So profound dissatisfaction was the unbearable background of those years. But luckily, I kept a link - albeit a subtle one - with my Yoga teacher who over the years has patiently continued to follow me.
In him I found a mentor of great value and a granite fixed point on which I could leverage to try to find my balance. Over time, in fact, some glimmer of change was gradually getting closer, and the turning point came with the university.
In fact, I felt that the subjects of the Biological Sciences course (with a molecular address) had a lot of elements that stimulated me: in particular the presence of all those disciplines relating to the functioning of the cell and the “molecular micro-world”. So, I made my choice and was delighted with it! ...
After my studies, I was hired at one of the most prestigious private laboratories in the world: the Bioscience Institute Spa, which deals with stem cells and regenerative medicine.
But after a year of work I felt that I was missing something that I perceived as essential ... that is, the interaction with people and the possibility of helping them with the dissemination of useful information to enhance health (by natural means, and through a personal awakening , which includes taking responsibility for your own health).
This approach is perhaps a little more tiring than getting prescribed the pill when you are already sick, but it gives you much more satisfaction, because it leads you to grow and improve through a path that passes through body, mind, and soul.
From that moment on I also went back to deepen the natural means - such as nutritional supplements and other strategies to enhance health - to be virtually free not to go to hospitals or pharmacies and ...
Why not, possibly also to die healthy (when the time comes, as late as possible :-)) instead of sick, incapacitated, dejected, sad, lacking in psychophysical energy ...
No thanks, I think that man is potentially devoted to a better life, as all those who have chosen to work for their well-being (and in harmony with others) have always attested with their own life.
And with this footprint, I think we can continue to be productive, creative, and happily useful to others into a very old age.
So we do our part about what we can control in our lives.
This better potential life "lights up" at a certain point with a decision, albeit a small one - like a "butterfly effect" - towards self-care, for example with a change to one's diet, with the addition of a particular exercise , with the use of a supplement, with the elimination of a bad habit.
The important thing is to start! and in this site I tell you about some things that you can start applying right away.
I wish you vibrant health and energy!
