Does milk really hurt or is it just paranoid exaggerations?
To better understand how milk hurts we draw on the precious opinion that Professor Franco Berrino has gained regarding milk and its derivatives in more than 40 years of life dedicated toepidemiology of tumors.

For the text below I took inspiration from this and other interviews by prof. Berrino and was partly reworked by me.
DOES MILK HURT THE BONES?
1. Milk and calcium content: "Milk and cheese are not good for your bones!"
How true it is that milk contains calcium, so much so that this does not help to strengthen the bones.
A particularly important study involved as many as 500.000 people over the course of 25 years. Lo sudio showed that within this group there was a high incidence of bone fractures associated with the consumption of animal proteins. This can be explained by the action of acidification of the organism that animal proteins produce.
Following a diet with animal proteins (milk, dairy products and meat), the body has to keep the pH at an optimal level with difficulty. To do this he is forced to take alkalizing salts from the bones, which in this way takes place demineralizzano.
Meat demineralizes bones while milk has no effect on bone health. So milk certainly isn't good for your bones. This can be explained because the calcium content of milk and the simultaneous presence of animal proteins equalize their effects on the bones. In other words, calcium helps bones and proteins demineralize them.
Even worse, dairy products give a lot of other problems and we see it soon ...
However, some studies conducted at Harvard University must also be considered. In these studies, a relationship between milk consumption and bone fractures was found with a delayed relationship. That is, the more dairy products are consumed in adolescence the more those adolescents in old age will tend to develop bone fractures.
In fact, it is also true that those who eat so many animal proteins tend to form more kidney stones precisely because his body expels more calcium to the outside even through urine.
I have read from certain scientists 🙂 that it is not possible to change the pH with the diet. But casserole! the problem is not so much related to the fact that it is possible to change the pH with the diet, but what the body must do to fight against these pH imbalances inflicted by a wrong diet.
In this example of excessive consumption of animal proteins to avoid a change in pH values, the body is forced to sacrifice bone health. Sure, the pH is always kept the same, but at what cost?
A real help to strengthen bones comes from vegetables
In reverse the risk of fractures decreases with increasing vegetable consumption.
All vegetables help in this goal but in particular the onions thanks to its content of quercetin and other substances that reduce the activity of osteoclasts (the cells destroy the bone) and activate osteoblasts (the cells that form new bone).
In short, at least with regard to milk and dairy products in general there is no proof that they are good for the bones. There are some clues that seem to suggest otherwise.
MILK IS HURT IN RELATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF DEGENERATIVE DISEASES?
2. Correlations between milk and cancer
The women who got sick of breast cancer and who consume whole milk develop more metastases (which reduce the chances of survival).
In parallel the men who got sick of tumor prostate and who consume whole milk develop more metastases.
In general, men who drink milk get more prostate cancer. Similarly it seems that women who consume milk get sick more than endometrial cancer.
In the phases following the first three weeks of milking the cows, the estrogens in the whole milk are up to a thousand times higher compared to the first three weeks. This means hiring estrogen (especially estrones) by drinking milk which strongly unbalance the hormonal structure in those who take them.
This among the numerous deleterious effects can also early induce the menstrual cycle in girls. 8-year-old girls can be induced to start their menstrual cycle prematurely due to excess estrogen in their milk.
How will these cases be treated by the doctor?
Such a condition is likely to be “cured” with hormonal therapies rather than through the more logical elimination of milk from the diet.
In addition, dairy products increase growth factors in the blood like theIGF-1. Those with higher levels of IGF-1 in their blood become more ill with cancer. Not for nothing is milk a food to make grow.
In fact it is really constituted so as to do grow of 200kg a calf within a few months (against a child's 6-7 kg). And in humans it makes grow what should not grow, in fact it contributes to the disease of uncontrolled growth: i tumors!
DOES MILK HARM THE INFLAMMATORY CONDITION OF THE ORGANISM?
3. Allergenic effect of dairy products
Lactose is one of the most common allergens in the world. So why should you undergo a harmful allergenic stimulus that could make you develop a flood of symptoms that are difficult to decipher?
It often happens that one has suffered for years migraine, then eliminating dairy products from the diet even the migraine has disappeared forever.
An allergen can give birth to a myriad of different symptoms which can occur up to two days after the consumption of that allergen. This also makes an association between symptom and allergen difficult.
One of the most solid elements of prevention and food care that can be immediately implemented is theelimination of dairy products from your own diet. In fact they are of no use and unfortunately they are a cause of illness.
If an allergenic stimulus is present, together with the annoying symptoms, it also triggers a inflammatory process. Inflammation, even if not manifested in an acute way, is a basic condition for the development of degenerative and obesity diseases.
Il milk delattosato does not represent a valid solution.
The milk delattosato is an artificial milk that has passed within an industrial process that: 1) could leave unwanted residues and 2) does not remove all lactose but they are a percentage.
MILK IS HURT IN REPORT TO THE ACCUMULATION OF TOXINS?
4. Foreign contaminants
Also consider that especially in the common (non-organic) milk all those contaminants from different sources accumulate. Some of these contaminants are:
- Pesticides present in animal feed fodder
- drugs, vaccines and possibly hormones used on animals
Consider this fact ... until a few decades ago, before the fierce industrialization of dairy products, a cow produced about ten liters of milk a day.
Now it comes up to fifty or even a hundred liters of milk per day for each cow! obviously to get this production the poor cows have to give some "special" mix.
All that is given to the cows to produce more milk than normal from 5 to 10 tends to end up in the final product: milk and cheese.
IS MILK HARM IN RELATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF OBESITY?
5. Milk also hurts children: it promotes obesity (also applies to adults)
It has been shown that an excess of protein promotes obesity.
Breast milk has few proteins and many are sufficient for the growth of the child. But if the child is given cow's or goat's milk that contains much more protein, they can activate a pool of genes that then develop obesity.
So theExcess protein is the cause of obesity, both in the child and in the adult.
in artificial milks there are even more proteins because it has been industrially enriched. Even more protein = even more obesity ... what a genius eh ?!
WHY ARE MANY STILL SHUT UP ABOUT ALL THIS?
Perhaps you are wondering why almost everyone (the dominant thought), including many doctors and nutritionists still think that milk is a nutritionally healthy food.
The probable answer is multifactorial… on the one hand there is a investment of the dairy industry on the "training" of doctors (for example at conferences).
This mental conditioning activity also works quite well because it takes a great individual push towards the search for truth to start searching which is the truth. It takes time and energy to row against the dominant thought and not everyone has the desire to do so.
Then there is the YouTube's ADS, but click on them, which supports the conditioning of the masses. This conditioning is made even simpler by the fact that milk and cheese are often pleasing to the palate.
Since you often like them, you prefer to turn a blind eye and turn a blind eye to the troubles that these foods can combine with health.
But there is also the underlying cause of all this, the most disturbing which continues to fuel generalized ignorance. This is about theeconomy of the disease. In other words, investing in drugs (which do not cure but only silence symptoms) is preferred rather than prevention.
This is because the sick people feed an entire economic system based on palliative therapies. While a healthy person is unable to feed that same system. She is healthy, so she doesn't need a whole range of products and services ...
It would be enough to focus on the potential ofhealthy nutrition and on natural remedies (prescribed by trained professionals also in synergy with the doctor in an integrated approach) to erase so much suffering in a short time. Instead ...
But slowly things come to the surface ... and with the help of special people like the Professor Berrino there is hope that a large-scale positive change will occur.
